Client Background
Xclusive Staffing, a female-owned company, began as a small Denver-based firm specializing in housekeeping services for local hotels. They created a new model of staffing that was much needed in the industry. It is paying off! Since opening their doors with one location in 2002 they now have 25 regional offices in 11 states. Xclusive Staffing is an industry leader and is the preferred partner for multiple national hotel brands, facilities management companies and hotel management companies.

Highlighted Solutions – This Website has the following Features and Functions:
- Design – The clean look and feel showcases the level of quality and professionalism that Xclusive Staffing offers.
- Portals – The portals on the homepage highlight three main messages. They each have a space for a designated image, option to choose between seven different icons and the option to link to any page in the site.
- Reasons Engine – We know Xclusive Staffing is great and we wanted to make sure site visitors knew that as well. We created the ability for site admins to create a list of reasons why Xclusive Staffing is great. These reasons display on the homepage in a rotating fashion.
- Calls to Action – The calls to action in this site have been simplified and streamlined. We have already seen an increase in form submissions since launching the new site!
- Locations – This database of locations makes it very easy for site visitors to find an Xclusive Staffing location near them. It’s also very easy for site admins to add and edit location information. Check it out: http://www.xclusivestaffing.com/locations/
- Responsive Web Design – The ability for site visitors to experience this website on their phones and tablets was an important part of this project. We built it so that the site looks great on any size device.
- A very simple-to-use Content Management System (CMS), which utilizes our Enhanced WordPress Platform™. This solution provides tremendous flexibility and control for site admins to make any adjustments and additions that are desired.
